Quick Faq
A therapy used to address emotional and psychological disorders, unwanted habits and undesirable feelings, using psychological techniques alone. The aim of all such therapy is to assist clients in finding meaningful alternatives to their present unsatisfactory ways of thinking, feeling or behaving. Therapy also tends to help clients become more accepting both of themselves and others and can be most useful in promoting personal development and unlocking inner potential.

This will be discussed in your initial FREE consultation before you book your appointment. Together we will decide what you are comfortable with, and what is realistic to achieve your goal. Depending on the purpose of your visit, sometimes one session may be enough, such as when releasing a negative emotion like anger, fear or sadness. Old patterns and issues may take three to six sessions. One thing is certain: hypnosis is therapeutically fast and safe, and the benefits are lasting. Our philosophy is to give you the most benefit, in the least amount of sessions.
